I have developed a series of breathing techniques to reduce stress, calm the mind, energize the body, bring clarity and inspiration. Breathwork is done by intentionally becoming aware of the breath and incorporating techniques that can lead to improved immune function, emotional regulation, stress management, and an improved quality of life. It is a great compliment to yoga practice, posture, and general movement and mobility.
Classes draw from several styles including pranayama, box breathing, transformational (ex. Wim Hoff inspired), DMT, CCB (Conscious Connected Breathing), and breath holds.
