I have developed a series of breathing techniques to reduce stress, calm the mind, energize the body, bring clarity and inspiration. Breathwork is done by intentionally becoming aware of the breath and incorporating techniques that can lead to improved immune function, emotional regulation, stress management, and an improved quality of life. It is a great compliment to yoga practice, posture, and general movement and mobility.

Classes draw from several styles including pranayama, box breathing, transformational (ex. Wim Hoff inspired), DMT, CCB (Conscious Connected Breathing), and breath holds.

Exercises are designed to manipulate the breath which can increase focus and creativity, calm the mind and body, reduce stress, manage pain, strengthen the lungs, improve mood, improve sleep and digestion, and increase stamina and energy. Breathwork practice is excellent for divers, yoga practitioners, and anyone who wants to gain the benefits listed above.
