My Wellness & Adventure journey
I ask my clients to challenge themselves, push their comfort zone, and embrace change. I know this is a big ask. I know this because I did it myself. In 2015 after many years of physical and emotional obstacles, I made the choice to pursue my own adventure. Like all big decisions, mine had a huge consequence. It meant leaving my family and community to live my own authentic life by living a nomadic lifestyle. It meant redefining motherhood. It meant being willing to live in limbo–to be unclear about what I wanted or how the future would look. I lived in an ashram, bought a sailboat that was subsequently destroyed in a hurricane, traveled solo, spent many days in silent meditation, and took my son on adventures all over the world.
In 2018, I began a cycle trip around the world beginning in Bangkok, through Myanmar, southern Thailand, Malaysia, 14 Indonesian islands, Timor Leste and Australia. (45,000+ km overall). I just completed a solo cycle tour in the US to promote cycling and adventure mindset as a beneficial tool for physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. In September 2021 I arrived in Thailand to restore my body and offer yoga, meditation, mindset coaching, and women’s circles. Now I am in Koh Tao Thailand offering in person classes and private customized programs to for the body and mind which you can find out more about here.

My Personal favorite adventures
WALKING THROUGH THE NIGHT
This can be done so many different ways—usually, I walk about 24 hours straight but it is your adventure so, with my assistance, you get to decide what you want to do.
HITCHHIKING
This could be a day of hitchhiking to get somewhere or longer. I often need to hitchhike when I am traveling to get to a next village or sometimes to get across a country. In 2019, I hitchhiked from Tucson to the southern part of Mexico.
SWIMMING IN NATURAL BODIES OF WATER
In most places in the world there are fantastic natural streams, rivers, and lakes that are like pure heaven to swim in—even when they are 40 degrees! There is such a thrill to find a remote body of water, strip down, and jump in!
WILD CAMPING
This can be done in one night or several. Basically, wild camping means that you go to a remote area, bring everything you would need to survive out in the wild, pack it on your back, and start walking until you find the perfect spot to spend the night.

I also did some private yoga training with her and she helped me understand my body on a whole other level! Cannot recommend this studio enough!
