This combo session is usually one hour. In a gorgeous environment right at the sea, the icebath is an opportunity to challenge yourself to something new, get inspired and feel great. It will change your relationship with cold. I walk you through the entire experience. The icebath is 95% about the mind—very little is actually tolerating the cold. Therefore, it is an excellent form of mindset training.
The session is combined with breathwork to prepare the body and mind for the icebath. The class draws from several styles including pranayama, box breathing, transformational, and Wim Hoff inspired including breath holds. Breathwork practice is excellent for divers, yoga practitioners, and anyone who wants to gain the benefits listed above. Classes and consults available for all levels.
