Mindset training is a personalized program which begins with tools for you to analyze your mindset/belief system. Some tools include inquiry of your belief system, intention setting, meditation, breathwork, and establishing personal challenges.
In many ways most of my clients want the same thing— freedom from their thoughts and freedom to truly be themselves. My job is to assist you on that path.
The key to mindset training
The key to mindset training is that the better you know yourself, the more free you are truly BE yourself resulting in peace, ease, and freedom. And the less you will need the approval of others or be negatively affected by others expectations. Once you do this it will be much easier to make the changes in your life that you desire. And learn to move past your fear.
Creating your own personal challenges is a fantastic form of mindset training. Through challenge we learn about ourselves. The better you get to know yourself, the more free you are to be yourself. In this way, you understand your choices, limitations, goals, and intentions. Belief in yourself and confidence in your choices can free and untame you to live your full potential. You learn to stop resisting and start to see possibility instead of just limitation.
