For people of all ages, levels, and backgrounds. The human body was designed to move. But because of the combination of lack of motion in some body parts and and overuse due to repetition in other parts, the body loses alignment. I prescribe basic but highly effective exercises to bring body back into alignment and more physical well-being including static holds and high repetition of movements that remind the muscles how to move.

I use your posture and pain as diagnostic tools to identify what is happening in YOUR body resulting in a personalized video menu of daily exercises.

A posture session is usually about 90 minutes and includes an interview about your body/pain/goals, a full posture analysis, a gait analysis, and a menu of exercises with photos and descriptions for you to maintain a daily exercise routine. The exercises are designed to retrain the muscles how to move the bones. There are over 600 exercises so I will determine which exercises we will do during the session based on the interview/posture analysis. I usually like to see clients at least 3 times. Usually in person but online consults are also available.

Everyone. In the modern environment (where we sit in chairs, drive in cars, and do many repetitive motions) there is hardly anyone that will not benefit from this program. This ranges from athletes to those with limited physical activity.
